The Remuneration Committee formulates the Bank’s remuneration policy for the Board of Directors, the Executive Management and other employees whose activities have a material impact on the Bank’s risk profile. The group of job functions considered material risk takers and control functions is determined by the Remuneration Committee and is reviewed and adjusted at least once a year. The current remuneration policy is reviewed, revised and submitted to the full Board of Directors at least once a year. Following approval by the Board of Directors, the remuneration policy is presented to the General Meeting for final approval.
Once a year (at the beginning of January), the Remuneration Committee ensures that compliance with the remuneration policy is reviewed, and the results of this review are reported to the full Board of Directors.
